expert in solution and development technologies. With experience in a number of industries, Colin brings
many years of problem solving to the team.

to reminisce about the 4 years he spent in a heavy metal band.
Nichola Ealson
Information Architect & Business Analyst:
Nichola has worked with a variety of blue chip clients and has vast experience
in Usability and Human Computer Interaction. Nichola has spent significant
time working in America where
she learnt the benefits of customer service and is our user evangelist ensuring
all developments are as user friendly as possible.
In her teens Nichola trained as a competitive swimmer and is now a qualified Rescue
Diver and accomplished surfer so is often found heading to the coast at weekends.
Steve George
Senior Developer:
With 13 years in a technical environment Steve has learnt how to handle
most programming languages and can provide a robust, scaleable and very usable solution
to order. His preferred tipple is .NET and SQL but he can also work with old-school
languages. Steve has recently qualified as a certified Sitecore developer.
Do ask Steve about .net implementations. Don't ask Steve about Gloucester Rugby
club . you'll be here all night.
Richard Hughes
Technical Architect:
With many of our implementations requiring the ability to scale in both visitor
traffic and resilience, we have learned to rely on Richard's technical architect
skills to ensure that client budgets are spent in all the right places. In addition,
with data forming the backbone of many of our clients' requirements for visitor
tracking and back end integration, his data design skills are put to good use.
Hannah King
Designer:
Hannah has many successful websites under her belt and can design interesting,
usable and attractive websites for any sector.
Her understanding of the internet and how it intertwines with culture is evident
in her designs and the innovations she brings to the site planning phase.
Tim Ferguson
Digital copywriter:
Tim brings to web copy the experience of an award-winning career in direct
response marketing. Many of these copywriting techniques translate into the unique
medium of the internet, helping to get more visitors to respond.
In his spare time, he is studying to be a wine bore. This helps him feel less guilty
about the gardening. Don't get him started.
Jeremy Norburn
Producer:
Flash and HTML development are Jeremy's cup of green tea. Happier on a Mac than a PC shows Jeremy's more creative side.
In addition to cutting code, Jeremy is learning to be a Ninja through the international martial arts organisation of Bujinkan.
